Paid Work Opportunities
As part of our commitment to nurturing talent and supporting local youth, we are excited to offer employment opportunities at this year's festival. Working alongside some of our key contractors and suppliers, participants can gain firsthand experience and play an integral role in the execution of the festival. Here’s the detail:
Sustainability & Stewarding Team - Greenbox Events:
Specialists in stewarding and waste management, Greenbox is looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to ensure the festival runs smoothly and sustainably as a member of their Ground Crew. This role is perfect for those passionate about environmental sustainability and event safety.

Festival Gate Team:
Our gate team is the first point of contact for our festival goers. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail, providing an opportunity to learn about customer service and event entry logistics.

Traffic Management Team - Road Traffic Solutions:
Join RTS’ traffic management stewarding team, ideal for those interested in logistics and event safety. Help provide a critical service that ensures the smooth operation of traffic and road management systems around the festival site. Whilst all the positions at BM Park Live are now covered, RTS are a London based company focused on local vetting so get in touch with them to apply for some event work opportunities around the capital! – still waiting for confirmation.

Shadowing programme
For those who are curious about what goes on behind the scenes of a major music festival, our shadowing opportunities provide a unique insight into the industry. This program allows participants to spend a day with key members of our event team during the festival build-up and break-down, or on one of the main event days. From looking after artists backstage to creating content with our marketing team. Shadowing the ‘big-boss’ to coordinating festival logistics with our site team. There are a whole range of opportunities available as a part of this scheme.
All applicants need to be between 18-25 years of age and live locally to Boston Manor Park.
